Minor Bay’s main, American-Plan camp consists of a main guest lodge and seven fully-modern guest cabins plus a variety of service buildings. Minor Bay has reliable, quiet 24-hour electrical power as it is tied into Sask Power’s main power grid. A back-up generator provides power to the camp in the event of a power failure.

The log construction main lodge overlooks Wollaston Lake’s Minor Bay and houses the guest dining room and lounge. The front of the lodge features a screened verandah, to which guests often retreat after dinner to enjoy a quiet drink while watching the sun slowly setting over Wollaston Lake.

The open-beamed dining room can comfortably accommodate up to thirty guests. The dining room has a bright, cheery atmosphere with three walls of windows allowing a panoramic view of Wollaston Lake’s Minor Bay.

The guest lounge, located adjacent to the dining room, is a gathering place for guests both before and after dinner. A fully-stocked bar offers a variety of premium Canadian beers, liquors, liqueurs and wines ranging from good-value house wines to premier vintages. The lounge features satellite television and high-speed wireless internet. A computer with a high-speed internet connection is tucked away in the corner of the lounge so guests can stay in contact with their families, friends and businesses.

The seven guest cabins range in size from two bedroom, two-person cabins to four bedroom, three bathroom, eight-person cabins. All the guest cabins are fully-modern, featuring a living room, two or more bedrooms and a full bathroom. All cabins have electric baseboard heat, bar fridges in the living rooms, hotel grade double beds in the bedrooms and full bathrooms with large shower stalls. Our two large guest cabins overlook the lake and feature a large common area, wet bar, therapeutic whirlpool tubs and a wet sauna.

Regardless of whether you are staying in one of our smaller, two-bedroom cabins or in one of our large, 4-bedroom cabins you will find clean, comfortable accommodations with all the amenities required for an enjoyable experience.
