All are
easily accessible from the main lodge and offer
great fishing. These fertile waters of the
southern Canadian Shield provide prime habitat
for northern pike, walleye, smallmouth and
largemouth bass, lake trout and muskie.
Strict
catch-and-release policies have allowed this
fishery to remain extremely productive. Our
guests tell us that the fishing has actually
improved over the past few years, and we expect
this trend to continue.
For the bait fisherman we provide a daily stock of premium local minnows, among them the Northern Red-Bellied Dace which has proven itself as an irresistable bait for walleyes. Our tackle shop stocks a variety of the more successful lures for our lakes.
