Celebrate the July 4th holiday with a Canadian fishing trip.  We are offering some great deals on 3, 4, or 5-day American-Plan, fly-in fishing packages to Slippery Winds Wilderness Lodge. 

The dates are:
 
  • 3-day fishing package:    July 3 - 6          Rate: $600 p/p
  • 4-day fishing package:    July 3 - 7          Rate: $795 p/p
  • 5-day fishing package:    July 3 - 8          Rate: $995 p/p
 
All rates include the following:
  • roundtrip air charter between Fort Frances, ON and the lodge
  • accommodation in private, fully modern guest cabins at the lodge
  • breakfast, lunch (bag lunch or shorelunch), and dinner daily at the lodge
  • catch-and-release angling for six species of sportfish on six separate lakes
  • boat, motor, gas
  • daily supply of minnows
  • daily chambermaid service
Not included:
  • Ontario conservation fishing licence
  • Provincial and Federal sales taxes on the trip
  • confectionary, softdrink, souvenir and tackle purchases at the lodge
  • specialty bait (must be pre-ordered)
  • staff and guide (if applicable) gratuities
  • overnight accommodations and meals in Fort Frances
Optional Extras
  • Guide @ $150 per boat per day
Itinerary:
  • Guests must arrive in Fort Frances on the day prior to your trip date and overnight as the floatplane departs early the morning of your trip date
  • the floatplane departs Rusty Myers Flying Service between 7:00 & 7:30 AM on July 3rd and arrives at the lodge after a 20 minute flight.  Breakfast will be served upon your arrival at the lodge
  • Breakfast at 7:00 AM and dinner served at 6:00 PM daily
  • Evening fishing allowed until dark
  • On the day of departure breakfast is at the normal time with the float plane arriving at about 8:00 AM
